30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund of any subscription or credit pack within 30 days of the original purchase date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a secure link to manage your order and request a refund.
  2. Or contact us at support@piccars.com with your order details and we will assist you.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days we do not offer refunds for past billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
