Piccars ("the Service") is operated by Cervo Group Sagl ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Switzerland. By using piccars.com or any related application you enter into a contract with Cervo Group Sagl.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Piccars is an AI-assisted tool that lets you upload car photos and generate edited versions (background swap, plate covering, watermarking, etc.). Available features depend on your plan.
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transform that content solely to provide the Service. To the extent we hold any rights in the AI-generated outputs based on your inputs, we assign those rights to you, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, verifying their accuracy and legality, and ensuring you have the rights to all inputs (including photos of vehicles, locations, and any people that may appear).
We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that breach these Terms. Rights-holders may submit takedown notices to legal@piccars.com; repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic. They are not a substitute for professional photography, expert advice, or legally required disclosures. Do not rely on outputs for regulated decisions without independent verification.
The Service, including its software, branding, documentation, and underlying models, is owned by Cervo Group Sagl and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your selected plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of the content you upload or generate, your use of outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. Upon termination we will delete your content within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of the canton of Ticino, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
